Order a wedding cake

I ordered a wedding cake for my friend because she went back to Japan for 3weeks. She did not have enough time to order it. The following is correspondence between a dessert shop and me.

Dear Chikalicious,

My friends will throw a small wedding party on March 3rd and planning
to order a wedding cake. However they are going back to Japan from
January 28th to February 17th. When they come back, there are only two
weeks until the party. So instead of them, I would like to ask some
questions.

1. When should we place our order?
2. We would like to have a cake for 25 people. Is it possible to make
three tiers cake?
3. Is there a minimum order?
4. What kind of flavor or design can we choose? They want a very
simple design cake.

We would really appreciate it if you could answer these questions.

I have a question, last time I asked the price, it was $190.53 for 25 guests. Considering of that, $261.30 seems a little bit expensive for 30 guests. Why is the price going up this much?
